EARTHWAKE

Chrysalis®: an innovative solution for transforming plastic waste into energy

Our recycling equipment can be rapidly deployed thanks to its integration into
containers.

Invented and developed in France, the Chrysalis® is based on a clever adaptation of pyrolysis. It is protected by several patents.

A modular, easy-to-implement solution

As close as possible to the sources of plastic waste.

Chrysalis® benefits

Quality pyrolysis oil

Chrysalis® pyrolysis oil can be used directly in generators or as a blend in combustion engines.

Energy self-sufficiency

Our Chrysalis® equipment is self-sufficient in heating energy thanks to gas recovery. Pyrolysis gas is recovered to run the reactor and is stored for the next cycle.

A decentralized solution

Installed in three interconnected containers, our medium-sized solution can be deployed quickly and efficiently as close as possible to plastic waste sources. This local solution significantly reduces the carbon costs associated with transporting waste.
